Uppdatering 10:30 Vi har släppt en ny release som löst problemet

Transpa släpper nya versioner varje dag och dessvärre uppstod avbrott i morgonens release vilket skapat följdfel.

Funktioner där våra pass är inblandade är för tillfället ur funktion. Här är exempel där störningar finns:

• Scheman kan ej skapas, ändras eller läggas ut i kalendern
• Att skapa, tilldela och granska pass
• Rapporter som innehåller pass

Vi beklagar detta problem och vad störningen medför. Vi arbetar nu prioriterat för att lösa felet och uppdaterar här så snart vi har ny status.

Update 10:30 A new release is out. Problem is solved

Transpa releases new versions every day and unfortunately this morning’s release was interrupted, which has caused subsequent errors.

Features involving our shifts are currently out of order. Here are examples of where disruptions occur:

• Schedules cannot be created, modified, or published to the calendar

• Creating, assigning, and reviewing shifts

• Reports that include shifts 

We apologize for this issue and the disruption it is causing. We are currently prioritizing efforts to resolve the problem and will update this page as soon as we have a new status.
