Changes Date format from Month/Day/Year in Transpa to Day/Month /Year
Google Chrome is often installed with English (United States) as the default language in English-speaking countries. This causes dates in Transpa to be shown as MM/DD/YYYY, which is not the standard in most European countries. Unlike, for example, Internet Explorer, Chrome does not use your computer’s own regional settings, so you need to configure the desired format directly in Chrome’s language settings.
Solution – change so that dates are shown as DD/MM/YYYY (you can also change to a non‑US language if needed)
1. Click the Chrome menu (the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner).
2. Select Settings.
3. Go to Advanced settings.
4. Under Languages, click on Language.
5. Click Add languages and select your country-specific language, for example English (United Kingdom), and add it to the list.
6. Optionally select that this language should also be used for spell check so that you get the correct local spelling.
7. Move your preferred language to the top of the list using the menu (…) to the right of the language.
8. Restart Chrome.
